Jackie Dress in Black and Gray

This brand new Jackie Dress from Karina Dresses is so amazing! I am loving the black and gray houndstooth print they came out with for the Fall. This dress is definitely going to be a staple in my wardrobe! It's so classic and you can dress it up or even go more casual. This is my first Jackie style from Karina Dresses and it fits like a dream. I absolutely love the cut of the square neckline. It has a fitted waistband and full skirt. The length is below the knee, which I love. Karina Dresses are all so timeless, you can never have enough of them!  As always you will enjoy the wrinkle free material with this one too.  I will be wearing this Jackie Dress all the time. I plan to accessorize with different cardigans and tights when the weather gets cooler.

Karina Dresses are always very high quality. You can count on your purchase to be great! Not only will you look gorgeous, your dress will be comfortable. They are all made in the Hudson Valley, NY.  Karina Dresses are good for all body shapes and they encourage women to embrace their beauty and self love. It truly is a wonderful company and I'm confident you will fall in love with the clothing!

Vida Cutwork Sun Dress - Joanie Clothing

I love a great sun dress and  this one from Joanie Clothing is just about perfect! The Vida Pattern Cutwork Sun Dress is so versatile. You can really enjoy the comfort and the beauty while wearing it. For this look I dressed a little more casual, but I still felt fixed up with this beautiful piece.  I really like the straight cut on the bust of this one, so I can feel very modest running errands or whatever I need to do. I have worn this concerts and dinner dates. The cutout detail is so feminine and delicate and I love the large white button details. Did I mention it has pockets?  They are huge too! The wide straps are nice as well and they cover your bra straps which is a plus. You can get this style in navy or mustard yellow, which is equally as gorgeous! It's available is size 8-22. This is a definite need for your Summer wardrobe!

Joanie Clothing is consistent in putting out high quality, quirky, fun clothing for every season. Their vintage inspired items range from very casual to formal.  It's always so nice to find a label that celebrates all body types too! I can promise you feel pretty when you wear Joanie Clothing!

On the Joanie site, you will find ranges of dresses, skirts, tops, accessories, trousers, swimwear and more. Make sure to check them out when you are ready to add to your wardrobe.

Cookies and Milk Tag Team- Sarsparilly

This Tag Team Skirt by Sarsparilly is one of the sweetest skirts I have seen!  Not only is the cookies and milk print the most, but it also an extremely comfortable skirt to wear. The fullness is insane!  I didn't even need to wear a petticoat to achieve the fullness shown, but certainly you could.  It has hidden pockets on the sides as well.  I love the shades of color in the cookies and milk duo print and the pretty blue background just makes this really pop!  I get instant joy wearing it and a slight craving for cookies! It's the perfect skirt for a baker or anyone who likes to wear fun prints.

The material does not stretch, so measure accordingly and go by the sizing chart.

There are so many fun dresses and skirts that she makes, I'm sure you will find something you have to have!

I am so impressed with Sarsparilly's vintage reproduction clothing.  The quality of this skirt is outstanding! Each item is handcrafted in Australia with love. You can really tell how much work and pride go into designer Maria's work. She began drawing designs at the young age of 11 and never gave the dream up. Sarsparilly was created in 2009 and relaunched in 2016 and aren't we glad!

You'll be twirling and kicking your heels up in this as well!

Trashy Diva Atlanta is here!

There's a new shop in town and you have got to check it out. Trashy Diva Atlanta is here! If you are looking for high quality vintage reproduction clothing, look no further. We are so fortunate to have this shop here now. The Poncey-Highland location is perfect too! You will find all of the newest Trashy Diva collections there and even a lingerie boutique. Make it a girls day out and have a great time when you go!

I am featuring the Blanche Dress from the Victory Floral Collection this month.  This dress is absolutely stunning!  It is a true wrap style dress that has a self-tie belt. The fit is very flattering and the material has a slight stretch to it. It is suggested to size down when ordering online. The knit fabric is also oh so comfy and soft! I love how the v- neck has large ruffles that go all the way around. The skirt has ruffles as well and they are tiered for a really beautiful cascade effect. The feminine dress is a great option for a date or even a nice lunch outing. I wore it to a wedding and felt like it was the perfect choice for the night. The colors are stunning too! The navy blue background is a nice contrast for the lavender, yellow and green floral design. You can also find this pattern on several other dress options from Trashy Diva. The accessory options are pretty open when wearing this dress too!  I opted to pair mustard yellow shoes and bag with it and I wore a burgundy head wrap. No matter which style you choose at Trashy Diva, I'm confident that you love it and look gorgeous!

In 1996 Trashy Diva started by selling vintage clothing. They added a few designs and gradually grew into the awesome company that we know today. There are stores in New Orleans and Atlanta with plans of more in the future! You can also find their clothing at many stockists around the world and online.

Seaglass Megan Dress

The Megan Dress from Karina Dresses has quickly become one of my favorite go to everyday looks! This particular print Seaglass is perfect for Summer!  It reminds me of the gorgeous colors of the Gulf Coast, where I love to vacation. I will definitely pack this one, when I head down there next time! I can also count on it being wrinkle free when I get there.  I love the Megan style for many reasons.  The fitted waist and wide band is very flattering with the full skirt. It also is a great length.  I like how the sleeves fit and have a gathered detail that can be found on the shoulders as well. I would have this style in every print if I could!

Karina Dresses are crafted in the Hudson Valley, NY and are of the highest quality you can get. You'll feel great knowing you supported an American made product and look even better wearing it!

Karina Dresses has a lot of great styles and prints for this Summer, so make sure you check them all out! I'm confident you will find one you love. --->Website

Sunshine and the Mandala Swing Dress

If you are looking for a perfect Summer dress this is it! Dancing Days by Banned Clothing has brought this 50's Mandala Swing Dress to us. This is great for a day in the sunshine walking through the sunflowers!  The print will make you instantly happy too! It features hummingbirds and flowers in gorgeous shades of blue, yellow, teal and orange. The background is ivory. I think the colors will actually work to take through the fall season as well!  The dress has a fitted bodice and huge flared circle skirt.  I wore a petticoat under it.  It has a keyhole neckline with two other cutouts trimmed in piping making it really stand out. I also love the little sleeves.  This style has a hidden side zipper. I know you will be happy adding this gorgeous piece to your wardrobe!

These perfectly matched heels and bag are Dancing Days by Banned Clothing as well!  They have awesome accessories too!  This bag is a stunning mustard yellow with a rhinestone closure. It gets a lot of compliments! The Unforgettable Pumps are in the same color and are so comfortable!  They have a square heel, so they are very sturdy for walking and dancing.

Banned has been creating clothing since 1990. They have accessories, bags, dresses, skirts, tops, shoes, shorts and more! You can find them at stockists around the world.  They are constantly bringing out vintage inspired fashions that make you feel in style in the modern world.

My hairband is also Banned.  The possibilities are endless for accessorizing with this! I wore a stack of bangles and earrings by Splendette in coordinating colors. Have fun with your look and you will be happy and confident!

Red, White and Blue!

July is a special month for us here in the United States, especially the 4th of July! We celebrate that day in 1776 where we gained our freedom and adopted the Declaration of Independence. We are truly blessed to live in the greatest nation on earth!

As with most special occasions, it is always fun to have a great outfit to wear. I like to go with themes for holidays and seasons. For the 4th, only red, white and blue will do! I found this dress from Lindy Bop to be perfect for the occasion! This halter neck swing dress has all the features I love.  The Lori Ann Blue Stars Swing Dress has a fitted waist and huge full skirt. I adore all of the little stars and the red trim makes the perfect accents. The wide halter tie falls just right along the sides of the chest to be very flattering. It ties around the back of the neck. The dress has back zip and a little stretch to the material. The bodice is lined as well. You could wear a red or white petticoat with this dress to add extra fullness and create a really cute look.  I didn't wear a petticoat for this, but it would look great! You can find this dress in many sizes XXS-6XL. I also added the red belt to cinch my waist some. Belts are a fun way to accessorize!  You can usually find some great ones at thrift stores or even Ebay or Amazon.

Lindy Bop has always been a great vintage reproduction company!  You can count on them to always have beautiful styles and affordable pricing. You will be surprised at how many styles they offer and come out with weekly! There is also an amazing sale section and the offer cheap shipping in the U.S. Their dresses are available at stockist all over the world and can be found in some department stores now. I think you will be happy with the choices you have, so happy shopping and Happy 4th of July!
